Weekly update Aug 28 – Sept 3
This week was a decent week for me. So this weeks update might be a little short. I exercised most if the week. My diet got a little off though.
Working out: I worked out 4 days. Not really doing the same thing every day. On monday I jumped on the trampoline with my niece for a while. That is a good cardio and legs workout. Then. Did a 15 min cardio Youtube video. That was pretty hard but it was a good workout. The thing is I didn’t feel to soar after, and the next day I was fine. I walked a lot last week. I would go with my sister to my nephews football practice and we would go for a walk. Or we would take our dogs for a walk around our town. I also do a lot of walking during high school football games. Being down on the sidelines taking pictures there is a lot of back and forth walking. I know it wasn’t much but at least it was something. This week being a short week and having a lot of stuff on my schedule, I am not going to get a lot done.
Dieting: I did pretty good during the week with eating. Eating smaller meals and if im hungry grabbing a piece of fruit instead of something unhealthy. The weekend was when the wheels came off though. I spent Saturday shopping so we ate fast food for lunch. Saturday night was the first college football game. So we made food that really wasn’t healthy, and I drank pop. Which I went off of caffeine about 5 years ago. But I will drink Sprite or 7 Up off and on. Still not good for you but I feel it’s better than Pepsi or Coke. Sunday and Monday I didn’t have any plans, which was nice to have a couple of days off. I worked on my Dog Boutique and edited some of my football pictures. When I sit on the computer for long periods of time I get bored and hungry. I am definitely a bored eater, I having been trying really hard to be better, but I still do it. I did better on grabbing fruit to eat as a snack but not always.
